Nicola Capone is a philosopher, academic, and activist. He holds a degree in Philosophy and is qualified as an associate professor of Philosophy of Law, having trained as an independent researcher at the Italian Institute for Philosophical Studies, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. A teacher of history and philosophy at the "Pitagora" Higher Education Institute in Pozzuoli and a lecturer across several universities—including the U-RISE Master’s program at IUAV—he holds the title of Subject Expert (_Cultore della Materia_) in Urban Planning at the Department of Architecture (DiArch) of the University of Naples Federico II. He is a member of the Italian Society for Legal Philosophy, the "H. Kelsen" Laboratory at the University of Salerno School of Law, and the discussion group of the Laboratory for the Ecological Analysis of Law at the Euro-American Research Center on Constitutional Policies (University of Salento). He is also the co-founder of the action-research network _Ecologie Politiche del Presente_ and co-curator of the study workshop "Environmental Issues & Philosophical-Legal Perspectives" at the Italian Institute for Philosophical Studies. Additionally, he is actively engaged in ecological movements and the defense of the commons.

Simona Da Pozzo is a visual artist and interdisciplinary researcher whose practice spans performance, video, and fieldwork. Utilizing collaborative and horizontal methodologies, she activates process-based devices within the public sphere aimed at investigating tangible and intangible heritage, while exploring alliances between bodies from a more-than-human perspective. She graduated in film directing from the Civica Scuola di Cinema di Milano (2000), holds an M.A. in Fine Arts (DNSEP, Paris, 2009), and earned an Advanced Master’s degree in artistic research within socio-political contexts from Sint Lucas University in Antwerp (2020). She consolidated her training in performance at institutions such as the RIDC (2001) and the Centre National de la Danse (2004) in Paris, studying under choreographers including Nigel Charnock and Wim Vandekeybus. Co-founder in Paris of the video-dance company À Peau d’Ecran (2002), she is currently a member of the Naples-based collective Ex-Voto [Radical Public Culture].

Paola Mautone was born in Naples on April 1, 1999. In 2019, she enrolled in the Bachelor's degree program in Agricultural, Forestry, and Environmental Sciences at the University of Naples Federico II. Following a period abroad at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Córdoba, she graduated in 2021. That same year, she began a Master's degree in Forestry Sciences, but decided to pursue her studies in another academic field, driven by an interest in urban ecology. She enrolled in the Master's program in Urban and Regional Planning at the Department of Architecture of the University of Naples Federico II. She earned her Master's degree in 2024, subsequently focusing on field research projects. She has been managing the Giardino project since 2024. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in applied research at the C. Scarpa Research Center at the IUAV University of Venice.

Tra le principali pubblicazioni di Nicola Capone figurano Lo spazio e la norma. Per un’ecologia politica del diritto (ombre corte, 2020), Una lunga lotta per l’ambiente. Le Assise della città di Napoli (2021), Ecologia politica del diritto (2023) e la monografia Le metamorfosi della “proprietà”. Itinerari filosofico-giuridici sul terribile diritto (Editoriale Scientifica, 2025). Ha inoltre curato, con Geminello Preterossi, Beni comuni di Stefano Rodotà (2018).

I lavori di Simona Da Pozzo sono stati presentati presso istituzioni come la Triennale di Milano (2020), Palazzo Fondi con il Matronato del Museo d’Arte Contemporanea Donnaregina (2022) e il MANN – Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli (2023-2024). Ha esposto a livello internazionale in sedi quali: MACCSI (Caracas), MMOMA (Mosca), Victoria and Albert Museum (Londra), YBCA (San Francisco), Galerie de l’Institut Français (Beirut), Space Museum (Hong Kong) ed EMPAC (New York).
